About Me
I offer a compassionate, professional, and judgment-free healing environment for partners impacted by sex addiction, infidelity, integrity abuse, and their Abused Injured Relationships (AIR). My coaching approach combines Internal Family Systems (IFS – Level 3), Polyvagal Theory, and Trauma-Informed Care, providing a comprehensive and integrative path to healing and recovery.
I work with individuals, groups, and couples worldwide. As a bilingual (Spanish/English) coach and complex trauma survivor, I am dedicated to supporting high-functioning individuals who quietly struggle with toxic shame, impostor syndrome, and the lingering effects of adverse experiences.
As a Betrayal Trauma Specialist, I guide betrayed partners devastated by infidelity and compulsive sexual behaviors, as well as integrity abuse. I also assist betraying partners through Help.Her.Heal psychoeducation groups for men and help couples rebuild trust and empathy using the ERCEM Model during early recovery.
With over 25 years of experience as an Educational Facilitator, I am deeply committed to creating a powerful, non-judgmental space for profound healing and transformation.

Ofrezco un espacio compasivo, profesional y libre de juicios para parejas afectadas por la adicción sexual, la infidelidad, el abuso de integridad y las Relaciones Lesionadas por el Abuso (AIR). Mi enfoque de acompañamiento integra Internal Family Systems (IFS – Nivel 3), Teoría Polivagal y Cuidado Informado por el Trauma, brindando una ruta integral hacia la sanación y la recuperación.
Trabajo con individuos, grupos y parejas a nivel global. Como coach bilingüe (español/inglés) y sobreviviente de trauma complejo, me especializo en acompañar a personas altamente funcionales que luchan en silencio con la vergüenza tóxica, el síndrome del impostor y las secuelas de experiencias adversas.
Como Especialista en Trauma por Traición, brindo acompañamiento a parejas que han sufrido el impacto devastador de la infidelidad, las conductas sexuales compulsivas y el abuso de integridad. También acompaño a la pareja que traicionó mediante grupos de psicoeducación "Help.Her.Heal" para hombres. Facilito espacios de reconstrucción para parejas que buscan una recuperación basada en la empatía de la relación utilizando el Modelo ERCEM en la etapa de recuperación temprana.
Con más de 25 años de experiencia como facilitadora educativa, tengo un compromiso profundo con crear un espacio seguro y poderoso donde pueda ocurrir una sanación y transformación significativa.
