I am a Certified APSATS Coach and an author with a passion for guiding individuals and couples through the complex journey of healing from betrayal trauma. With a foundation in trauma-informed and attachment-sensitive approaches, I specialize in helping partners who have experienced betrayal, whether from addiction, infidelity, or same-sex attraction, to find resilience, empowerment, and post-traumatic growth. My book, When Your Husband is Addicted to Pornography: Healing Your Wounded Heart (2012), reflects my commitment to supporting those navigating these challenges.
Together with my husband, Mike, a Licensed Psychologist, I lead support groups for couples ready to rebuild trust, honesty, and intimacy after discovery, disclosure, and restitution. I also facilitate groups for wives whose husbands experience same-sex attraction, fostering a safe space for healing and connection.
As a certified full therapeutic discovery guide, I work closely with partners to identify damaging relational patterns and cultivate new pathways to safety and closeness.
My coaching is compassionate, structured, and tailored to each client's unique needs, with an emphasis on evidence-based practices.
