About me

I love people and find joy in seeing them discover who they truly are and grow into what they can become!
I coach individuals and lead in‑person support groups for people dealing with problematic sexual behaviors/sexual addiction. My mission is to support partners as they move from discovery to recovery, offering hope, strength, and guidance—whatever the outcome of their relationship.

I also facilitate Relate Strong Groups (Restoration Therapy-based). In these groups, we learn and practice tools to map our behaviors, resolve conflicts, and improve our interpersonal relationships—whether with our spouses, family, friends, or colleagues.

I am an International Coaching Federation Associate Certified Coach (ICF-CPC) and an APSATS Certified Partner Coach (COC). I have completed Gottman Method Couples Therapy Level 1 and training in the Gottman approach to Treating Affairs and Trauma. I am certified as a Relate Strong Group facilitator (Boone Center, Pepperdine University).

Before this work, I enjoyed a long and meaningful career as an executive leader in large organizations, where I coached teams and individuals to grow, strengthen their leadership, and navigate change. During that time, I experienced relational trauma and deep personal growth, which shaped my compassion for others in this situation.

Today, I derive joy from forming meaningful connections and helping partners rediscover their passions, clarify their goals, and move toward healing and peace. I understand the challenges of balancing multiple roles and relationships in the midst of a busy life, the pain that relationship betrayal can inflict, and the personal strength that can emerge through recovery.
