I am a betrayal trauma coach based in Bentonville, Arkansas. I support women navigating the pain of betrayal caused by their spouse's hidden or compulsive pornography use, affairs, or other sexual behaviors by helping them find clarity, strength, and peace. Through coaching, I guide clients in shifting thoughts and beliefs that no longer serve them, and I use Brainspotting to release what may feel stuck in the body. My approach is grounded in APSATS training, using the Multidimensional Partner Trauma Model. I am also trained in and use principles from the Deconstructing Gaslighting program.
I specialize in working with women from the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints (LDS), supporting them as they navigate the unique challenges and expectations within their faith and culture.
After my own healing journey, I find deep joy in walking alongside women as they discover hope and healing in places they once thought impossible. I offer 1:1 sessions and group coaching, with availability Wednesday–Friday, 8 am–2 pm (CST).
