Stephanie specializes in partner-sensitive betrayal trauma healing, supporting both individuals and couples on the path to relational repair.

Fluent in English and proficient in Spanish, she works with both English- and Spanish-speaking clients, connecting with a diverse range of individuals and couples. Drawing from her own experience as a betrayed partner, she offers validation, tailored strategies, and trauma-informed care in an open, honest, and compassionate environment.

Brainspotting in Coaching
As a Brainspotting Practitioner, Stephanie uses this mind-body technique to help clients work through moments of emotional overwhelm, relational triggers, or stuck feelings related to grief and betrayal. Within the coaching setting, Brainspotting can be especially helpful for calming the nervous system, gaining clarity, and supporting forward movement.

Professional collaboration: Available to partner with other disclosure guides/therapists when a disclosing party is bilingual and prefers to prepare their disclosure in Spanish. Can translate documents, provide cultural nuance, and ensure alignment with trauma-informed best practices.
