Graduating with a Diploma in Counselling from the Australian Institute of Family Counselling, I have honed my skills through specialized certifications including the Multi Dimensional Partner Trauma Model Training, APSATS CCPS, Disclosure Guide Training, Gottman Method Couples Therapy, Treating Affairs and Trauma, Couples and Addiction Recovery, Root Cause Therapy, and Trauma Informed Coaching.
My journey into this field is deeply personal. Having endured over three decades of betrayal within my own marriage, chronicled in my memoir “Beyond Betrayal 28 Years, Lies-Deceit-Infidelity,” I intimately understand the complexities and emotional turmoil associated with infidelity. Back in 1993, there was scant support available for affair recovery, which spurred my determination to integrate lived experience with professional tools to assist others in healing from similar wounds.
Whether guiding couples through reconciliation or supporting individuals in their personal recovery journey, my approach is anchored in empathy, understanding, and a commitment to comprehensive healing.
