About me

ACC, ACTC, IFS Informed, Divine Design Certified

"I help women heal, reclaim trust, redefine security, and reaffirm their identity after betrayal."

As an APSATS Candidate with an Advanced Certified Transformational Coach (ACTC) designation, I use a trauma-informed, partner-sensitive approach that honors each woman's story, safety, and pace.

I integrate identity-focused work into my coaching to help women rediscover who they are beyond the devastation of sexual betrayal. Through my practice, Watermark Coaching, I support women in reconnecting with their strengths, values, personality, and purpose so they can rebuild a grounded, confident sense of self.

I work with clients across the U.S. and internationally via Zoom. For those who prefer a practitioner close to home, I live in the rural, countryside hills of Oregon, just south of Portland.

I am the creator and host of The Betrayal Recovery Transformation Podcast. My co-host and I regularly interview clinicians, authors, leaders, and individuals in the betrayal-trauma field to offer practical tools, education, and hope to women at every stage of healing.

My coaching is warm, steady, and deeply attuned, and I am passionate about walking with women as they stabilize after trauma, establish healthy boundaries, rebuild internal and external safety, and step into a renewed sense of identity and purpose. For clients who prefer a faith-based approach, I incorporate Christian principles and values into their healing journey, honoring the courage it takes to seek restoration—whether within their marriage or as they move forward on their own.
