I am a Certified Partner Coach (CPC) with APSATS, as well as a Pastoral Sex Addiction Professional (PSAP) and a Pastoral MultiAddiction Professional (PMAP) with IITAPS.
I have training in: the Early Recovery Couples Empathy Model (ERCEM), Full Therapeutic Disclosure, Deceptive Sexuality (MinwallaModel level1), and Trauma Savvy Coaching.
I'm experienced in working with partners who are in betrayal trauma, couples in the disclosure process, couples in relational recovery - and with both individuals and couples in post-traumatic growth - ie: people who want to create positive and lasting personal and relational changes.
I focus on educating and building tools and skills such as; effective interpersonal communication to change toxic relational dynamics, understanding protective boundaries, and employing safety plans while relationships are in the stages of healing.
As a recovery coach I use the MPTM to help clients manage the stage of betrayal trauma they're experiencing and then to create a pathway to healing. Clients I routinely work with want help with identifying and changing patterns of over- and underfunctioning in relationships, lack of individuation, interdependence in relationship versus unhealthy dependence, and breaking out of the Drama Triangle with abusive or toxic partners.
I meet with clients virtually. My orientation is faith-based.
