I am a Clinical Family Therapist with over 18 years of counselling experience, including 6 years in private practice. I work with individuals, couples, and families, specialising in Sex Addiction & Partner Betrayal Trauma, Alcohol and Drug Addiction, Eating Disorders, and Childhood Developmental Relational Trauma.
My approach is humanistic and trauma-informed, grounded in compassion and unconditional positive regard. I integrate evidence-based modalities including Internal Family Systems (IFS), Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR), and I am a Certified Sex Addiction Therapist (CSAT) candidate. I am also a registered member of PACFA and AAFT.
