Hi, I'm Karla, and I'd be honored to come alongside you and help you find a new framework for finding safety, grieving your losses, and moving into post-traumatic growth as you navigate the aftermath of sexual betrayal.
With a Bachelor of Nursing from the University of Manitoba, I bring over five years of experience as an ICF Associate Certified Coach and APSATS Certified Partner Coach. As a Certified Disclosure Guide Coach, I regularly support betrayed partners as they prepare for full disclosure, but I especially love supporting betrayers examine and share their own stories and take ownership of the damage they've caused to those they love most with a partner-sensitive lens. I believe a shared reality is the foundation for healing.
I'm passionate about supporting couples using the Early Recovery Couples Empathy Model (ERCEM) and the Couples-Centered Recovery model, fostering safety and rebuilding trust with new personal and relational skills.
