About me

About Me

Hi, I'm Judy Gray, CPC, ACC, APSATS-CPC, founder of Grayview Coaching.

I specialize in coaching women navigating the trauma of intimate partner betrayal, including compulsive sexual behaviors, infidelity, deception, and chronic relational dishonesty. While I cannot change what has happened, I help women find clarity, regain a sense of safety, and reconnect with themselves so they can make decisions from confidence instead of fear.

My coaching is trauma-informed, attachment-aware, and grounded in the APSATS Multidimensional Partner Trauma Model. Rather than focusing on "fixing" the relationship or managing someone else's recovery, I help clients understand what their nervous system is communicating, identify what they truly need to feel safe, develop values-based boundaries, rebuild self-trust, and move forward with greater clarity—whether that ultimately leads toward reconciliation or separation.

I believe healing is not about becoming less affected by betrayal. It's about becoming more connected to yourself.

Clients often tell me they appreciate that I don't offer empty reassurance or generic advice. I bring honesty, warmth, education, practical tools, and a genuine understanding of the complexity of betrayal trauma. Together we create a space where every question is welcome, every emotion has a place, and your lived experience is taken seriously.

I offer virtual coaching for clients throughout the United States and internationally via Zoom.
