For over twenty-five years, I've had the privilege of walking alongside individuals and couples navigating the painful impact of sexual betrayal, compulsive sexual behavior, and pornography-related trauma. As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and Certified Clinical Partner Specialist, I'm passionate about helping betrayed partners find clarity, safety, and lasting healing. My services include individual therapy, group therapy, and one- and two-day intensive sessions.
I understand how isolating and overwhelming betrayal can feel, especially when trust has been broken in the most intimate parts of life. My approach is compassionate, empowering, and grounded in evidence-based trauma treatment. I hold certifications in EMDR, betrayal trauma treatment, family of origin relational trauma work, and telehealth, which allows me to offer trauma-informed care both in-person and virtually (Colorado residents only).
Clients often come to me feeling shattered, but through our work together, they rediscover their voice, rebuild safety, and reconnect with their strength. I take great care in tailoring each person's healing path, integrating proven methods and thorough assessments with practical tools that support emotional, relational, spiritual, and nervous system recovery.
In addition to my clinical practice, I'm actively engaged in advocacy and education. My work has included testifying before the U.S. Senate on the harms of pornography, publishing in professional journals, and contributing to podcasts, TV programs, and documentaries. I currently serve on the Advisory Board for the S.A. Lifeline Foundation and previously served on the Board of Directors for APSATS (2016–2018) and the Utah Coalition Against Pornography (2005 -2014).
To expand access to high-quality betrayal trauma resources, I've developed a suite of digital downloads used by therapists, coaches, and individuals worldwide. Clients I work with receive complimentary access to these tools as part of their therapeutic process.
I currently practice and live in Colorado. Having lived internationally and worked across cultures, I bring a broad, respectful perspective to the healing journey. If you're looking for a therapist who truly understands betrayal trauma and offers a safe, structured path forward, I'd be honored to support you.
