Jennifer Utech, LPCC, is a licensed professional clinical counselor specializing in betrayal trauma recovery, individual and couples therapy, and trauma-informed care. She provides compassionate, evidence-based support for betrayed partners, those struggling with compulsive or addictive sexual behaviors, and couples seeking to rebuild trust after infidelity or secrecy.

Her clinical training includes:
- APSATS Multidimensional Partner Trauma Model (MPTM) – validating and supporting partners through betrayal trauma.
- ERCEM (Early Recovery Couples Empathy Model) – guiding couples in safe, structured recovery conversations.
- Therapeutic Disclosures – facilitating honest, clinically supported disclosures to lay a foundation for healing.
- Internal Family Systems (IFS) – helping clients work with protective and wounded “parts” with compassion.
- Brainspotting – accessing and releasing trauma stored in the body.
