About me

With a lived experience and background in cross-cultural work and education, Jane provides compassionate and skilled support for partners of sex addicts. Her services include short-term, closed partner support groups, individual coaching, and disclosure support for partners.

Partners seeking help with nervous system regulation, boundaries, emotions processing, conflict management, gaslighting, self-compassion, spiritual distress, grief, and developing deeper connection with themselves will benefit from her support.

Jane is a brainspotting practitioner and has witnessed the power of the brain to heal itself if given space and focus. Brainspotting is a therapeutic modality that reaches beyond words to the subcortical regions where trauma is stored and allows resolution through the dual attunement model.

Based in Sydney, Australia, Jane offers online services and is well placed for partners seeking support in Australia, New Zealand and Asia as well as US time zones in the evening.

The Association of Partners of Sex Addicts Trauma Specialists (APSATS) has been approved by NBCC as an Approved Continuing Education Provider, ACEP No.7435. Programs that do not qualify for NBCC credit are clearly identified. The Association of Partners of Sex Addicts Trauma Specialists (APSATS) is solely responsible for all aspects of the programs.
