About me

Originally from England, I'm a restored and happy wife and a full-time homeschooling mom to three wonderful boys. My journey has taken me across Europe and Africa, including seven transformative years in South Africa studying theology and Christian leadership before immigrating to the U.S. in 2015. I hold a BA Hons in Sociology and trained as a counselor in the UK in 2023.
My professional background includes working as a Family Support and Parenting Worker with local government in the UK, where I supported families in crisis and worked closely with children in high-risk environments. I am trained in family advocacy and couples mediation (non-legal) and have a heart for restoring broken marriages and families.
My passion for helping women in betrayal recovery comes from lived experience. I know the deep pain of discovering betrayal within marriage and the slow, difficult path to healing. Through my own journey—which included betrayal groups, trauma therapy, and intensive coaching—I found personal transformation and renewal. I believe in the strength and resilience of women who've lost themselves in their marriages, and I'm committed to helping them rediscover their identity, self-worth, and voice. I am a deeply committed Christian on all levels of my personal life. My faith in Christ makes me very much who I am as a woman and as a coach.
In 2023, I launched Bright Hope Coaching in the UK, offering one-on-one betrayal recovery coaching and trauma-informed support. I'm a certified professional coach, trained as a Peer Partner Group Facilitator through A Door of Hope, and specialize in guiding women through all stages of betrayal trauma—from restoration to separation, and the complex space in between.
I am an avid walker, mountain biker, and snowboarder. I enjoy reading educational books, studying world history and baking. I love the RV life with my family for fun and adventures around SC and NC and I keep chickens; mine and my boys' favourite pets.
