My passion is to journey with you toward recovery and beyond—helping you experience post-traumatic growth so you can embrace the God-given purpose for your life.
I believe healing is about more than overcoming the pain of the past. It is about rediscovering your identity, rebuilding hope, and creating a future filled with strength, freedom, and purpose. My role is to provide a safe, compassionate, and supportive space where you feel heard, understood, and empowered to move forward at your own pace.
As a trauma-informed coach and mentor, I specialize in supporting individuals affected by betrayal trauma, gaslighting, and relational wounds. My approach combines evidence-based coaching practices, professional training, and faith-centered encouragement, while honoring your unique story and goals. Whether you're beginning your healing journey or seeking to grow beyond survival, I am committed to walking alongside you every step of the way.
