About me

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, I am passionate about walking alongside people to heal from life's hurts and helping them learn to walk in health and wholeness. I use a holistic approach to care for your needs.

I am trained in family systems and utilize evidence-based theories with couples and individuals. As a Certified Clinical Partner Specialist Candidate (CCPS-c) trained with APSATS, I also specialize in addressing betrayal trauma and supporting partners of sex addiction. My practice offers hope and healing through professional expertise, with faith-based guidance available for those who desire it.

My Philosophy
Healing happens in the context of safe, authentic relationships. Whether you're struggling with anxiety, navigating a difficult life transition, or working through relationship challenges, my goal is to provide a compassionate, non-judgmental space where you can explore your thoughts and feelings freely.

My approach integrates the latest research in neuroscience, attachment theory, and trauma-informed therapy. For clients who desire it, I can also incorporate spiritual perspectives and faith-based principles into our work together. I see each person as having inherent worth and dignity, capable of growth and transformation.

The Association of Partners of Sex Addicts Trauma Specialists (APSATS) has been approved by NBCC as an Approved Continuing Education Provider, ACEP No.7435. Programs that do not qualify for NBCC credit are clearly identified. The Association of Partners of Sex Addicts Trauma Specialists (APSATS) is solely responsible for all aspects of the programs.
