About me

I am a certified Life Coach, specializing in supporting women facing betrayal trauma, partner addiction, and relationship or family crises through trauma-informed, values-aligned coaching process. I offer structured, goal-oriented, compassionate coaching, that helps women regain clarity, rebuild personal agency, and move forward with confidence.
I am currently working toward my Associate Certified Coach (ACC) credential through the International Coaching Federation (ICF). I am also an APSATS Certified Professional Coach Candidate (CPC-C) and have completed the Kintsugi Recovery Partners Disclosure Guide training. I am working toward final certification in both areas.
Although I am a Catholic Christian, and my faith informs my values and approach, I warmly welcome women from all faith backgrounds - or none at all - who are seeking a safe, supportive, and compassionate coaching environment.
Based in Montrose, Colorado, I coach clients remotely by video conference, offering both individual and group sessions.
