I am a licensed psychologist originally from South Africa, with over two decades of varied practice experience. I run a global practice with its current home base in central Singapore working with adults, adolescents, couples, families and corporates.
I have extensive experience with mood and anxiety-related disorders, trauma, grief, adult ADHD, self concept and identity, supporting individuals, couples and families through various transitions, marriage preparation, separation/divorce support. I have a special interest and expertise working with infidelity, betrayal trauma, as well as compulsions (substance and behavioural).
I am also a Functional Medicine Certified Health Coach and HeartMath Coach, integrating lifestyle and wellness strategies into the psychotherapuetic process.
My approach is ecletic and client-centered.
