I am the co-founder and coach at Trilogy Healing Arts in Pasadena, CA. I am a trauma-informed coach with my ICF ACC credential. I support individuals and couples and lead groups, specializing in partner betrayal trauma. My husband, John, is a CSAT, and we also partner with couples on their healing and recovery journey.
I work with clients virtually worldwide and in-person in Pasadena, CA.
As a coach, I was trained with a whole-person approach using tools within my practice to stabilize emotions, shift negative thoughts, bring calm, and reduce overwhelm. I am also a certified Hypnotherapist.
